Niner RIP 9 Full Suspension 29er Frame

The full suspension RIP 9 from Niner Bikes is legendary for it's trail prowess. The RIP 9, Ride In Peace, features 4.5" of fully active, plush travel.

The RIP9 features Niner's CVA, Constantly Varying Arc, suspension design. Designed to isolate pedaling forces completely, there is no pedal induced activation of the suspension system in any gear. Suspension remains fully active and compliant on every bump, from the smallest ripples to the biggest hits.

The Niner RIP 9 features:

• Specially valved Fox RP23 rear shock
• Plenty of mud clearance for even the widest 29er tire
• Sealed cartridge bearings in all pivots
• Hydroformed head tube and bottom bracket
• Reamed and faced head tube and bottom bracket
• Reamed seat tube for an easy, out-of-the-box build
• Tapered head tube
• Included FSA headset will work with standard 1 1/8" steer tube or new tapered
• Forged one-piece rocker assemblies - 30% stiffer

Please note the following in regards to your new Niner RIP 9 frame from Bike29:

• requires a 30.9 mm seatpost, 350 mm length minimum
• 34.9 mm top pull, bottom swing derailleur - Shimano M971 or M771 type derailleur
• Seatpost clamp not included - 35 mm available here
