Shipping
We will ship products out as expeditiously as availability permits, sometimes
as soon as 24hrs. Some items are custom ordered and may take additional time.
Handbuilt wheels ship approximately one week from order.
Free shipping within the Continental US on all forks and frames. Shipping charges
for all other items are based on the shipping weight of the order. We strive
to offer reasonable shipping prices. Below is the chart of shipping charges
for US orders only.
0-5 lbs = $5
5-16 lbs = $10
16-21 lbs = $25
21-31 lbs = $35
over 31 lbs = $60
Internation shipping cost is the actual cost of shipping. We will invoice you
the shipping charges via PayPal in advance of shipping the order. This allows
us to offer the best available international shipping rates. Email
us for an estimate of shipping charges.
Shipments are carefully packaged in strong cartons with an overly generous amount of packing material to ensure that your new gear arrives in tip-top shape.
Standard shipping is through USPS or UPS ground unless otherwise specified,
additional charges may apply. We are happy to expedite your shipment for an
extra charge. Please let us know if you would like us to quote expedited shipping.
International Orders -- Please Read!!
Due to the added costs of shipping outside the US, international shipments will
be billed at actual cost. Please contact
us if you would like to have an estimate of the shipping cost. We will invoice you
the shipping charges via PayPal in advance of shipping the order. This allows
us to offer the best available international shipping rates. Email us for an estimate of shipping charges. Australia and New Zealand Shipping
Recent changes in postal shipping regulations have made it extremely expensive and time consuming to ship large items such as frames, forks and wheels to Australia, New Zealand and other countries on the other side of the world. So we're not shipping them anymore. If you're interested in something smaller, please contact us for a quote. Sorry about this, we're not happy about it either.
We reserve the right to refuse any order and issue a complete refund.
Returns
New and unused products in original packaging only can be returned within 60
days of order, a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer, call tags will not be
issued
Used or damaged goods will not be considered for refund, and will not be returned.
